Request a Refund

We understand sometimes you have to drop classes after you have paid for your textbooks and technology materials. We are happy to issue you a refund if you decide to drop a class that is using MobLab.

 

To request your refund, send an email to support@moblab.com from your MobLab registered email address and let us know which class you would like a refund for. You will be removed from the class roster and all record of your participation in MobLab activities will be deleted.

 

Please be sure to request your refund before your school's official class add/drop date. Refunds requested after this time may be denied.
