You may have a caching issue with your browser if you don't see your class listed in My Classes or you're expecting to see something in Active Sessions, but nothing is showing up. This can sometimes happen as browsers become outdated.
You can select the refresh button next to the Active Sessions button.
Otherwise, clear your browser's cache (directions below), update your browser, or switch to a different browser or mobile device,
